Horizon New Business Bonus for 2012

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2012 there will be a $75 per contract bonus payout for all medical new business sales for the remainder of the 2012 sales year. This additional bonus is to be paid to the Sub-Producer.
